Kiểm tra kết nối Internet qua LAN
Kiểm tra đèn LED trên STB:
Đèn LED thường có màu xanh khi STB được kết nối với Internet qua cáp LAN. Nếu đèn không sáng, có thể cáp chưa được kết nối đúng.
Truy cập vào menu cài đặt:
Sử dụng remote điều khiển, vào phần Cài đặt (Settings).
Tìm mục Mạng (Network) hoặc Kết nối Internet (Internet Connection).
Xem trạng thái kết nối:
Trong mục mạng, kiểm tra xem có thông báo nào cho biết STB đã kết nối thành công với mạng LAN hay không. Nếu có, bạn sẽ thấy địa chỉ IP và thông tin khác liên quan đến kết nối.
