Arrhythmia

Rapid but regular heart rate originating from the atria, inverted P waves.

Atrial Tachycardia

Premature Ventricular Contraction-extra ventricular contractions wtih no P Wave-also called papations

PVC

Front

A heart rate of 100-250 beats per minute. Absent P-wave.

Ventricular tachycardia

Front

Heart rate cannot easily be determined. The ventricles are quivering/twitching. No consistent waves or complexes present on EKG.

Ventricular fibrillation

Front

Normal heart rate and rhythm, between 60 and 100 beats per minute, originating at the SA Node and spreading as expected.

Normal Sinus Rhythm

Front

Normal sinus rhythm (waveform) and rate, but inconsistent, irregular in timing.

Sinus Arrhythmia

Rate of 160 beats per minutes but with sinus rhythm.

Sinus Tachycardia

Sinus rhythm pattern but less than 60 beats per minute.
