Untitled Flashcards

“I bought a ham with mold and a strange smell. I demand an immediate solution, since I will not have this product in poor condition in my kitchen."

"The order that was supposed to arrive three days ago has not yet been delivered. I needed it for a special occasion and since it did not arrive I bought another one and therefore I request a refund for this purchase."

“The size of the hams varies a lot from purchase to purchase. The price is always the same per ham and sometimes I find myself with smaller pieces than expected, paying more than I should have.”
