Name the text structure: Do you drink enough water each day? The average person should drink eight to ten glasses of water a day- even more if you are athletic. It is important to drink water each day for several reasons. People who do not drink enough water gain weight and have excess body fat. They also have poor muscle tone, muscle soreness, and joint pain. Students who don’t drink enough water tend to have trouble focusing in school because the brain needs water in order to think and solve problems. The digestive system does not work properly without enough water, as well. All parts of the body work better when a person drinks the correct amount of water each day.

Venus, the second planet in our solar system, is the hottest of the planets. It is also the brightest of all planets. It is about the same size as Earth, and it is covered with thick clouds of carbon dioxide and sulfur. The clouds are so thick that little light reaches the surface of Venus. The surface of Venus is often described as a “stormy desert” full of very active volcanoes and many craters. There is no liquid water on Venus.

Millions of people around the world have trouble getting to sleep at night. In fact, one in three people report having this problem. If you are one of these people, there are things you can do to get a good night’s sleep. First, doctors recommend that you go to bed and get up at the same time every night, including weekends. Keep the same routine every night at bedtime. Another solution is to avoid eating or drinking foods with caffeine. Coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate are often high in caffeine and should be avoided. Also, do not exercise within three hours of bedtime. Try to do something relaxing before heading to bed. Avoid watching scary or intense television programs, and do not think about stressful events. These are just a few ideas that can help you get a complete night of sleep.

Butterflies and Moths
What is the difference between a butterfly and a moth? Of course, they are both insects that fly using their colorful or highly designed wings. They both sip nectar from flowers using tubes. They both go through 4 life stages including: egg, caterpillar, cocoon (chrysalis), and adult. Another similarity is that they are considered the only insects covered by scales. Although they are very similar, they do have many differences. The first is when they like to fly. Butterflies love to fly during the day, while moths do most of their flying at night. Butterflies are often found flying from one flower to another while moths tend to be attracted to light. A major difference is also what they do with their wings while resting. While butterflies hold their wings together above their backs, like palms pressed together, moths spread their wings to their sides like hands laying side by side. Another major way to tell them apart is their antennae. A butterfly's antennae are plain, threadlike strands that end in little bulbs. A moth's antennae are feathery and do not end in bulbs. These two beautiful summertime insects have many similarities and differences. But one thing is for sure, they are both wonderful to watch, whether during the day or night.
