Injection Moulding

Answer explanation

Die, Sand casting and powder metallurgy are all based around metals and therefore are not appropriate for use with a polymer product.

Injection moulding is particularly good with ABS, one of the most common polymers used in toy manufacture. Injection moulding allows for efficient mass production due to repeatable products being produced, long mould life span and quick product ejection as the moulds are usually water cooled.
