How do you find the Median of a set of numbers?

1. Arrange the numbers in ascending order. 2. If the count of numbers is odd, the Median is the middle number. If even, average the two middle numbers.

Example: Find the Mean of 4, 8, 6, 5, 3.

Mean = (4 + 8 + 6 + 5 + 3) / 5 = 26 / 5 = 5.2.
