An implicit liscence, is where the liscencor has not expressly granted a liscence, but there is an implication at law that anyone can come onto the property for the specific purpose of communicating with the liscencor.

In a case where the licensor has too many deer or too much produce inhabiting/ growing on their property, they can grant a license to hunters/harvesters, coupled with an interest to come in and hunt/ harvest on the property. In such a case, the court may deem the license irrevocable until the hunters/harvesters have completed hunting/harvesting.
