sections or parts of something. In this case, the four different areas that make up our economy: households, businesses, banks, and the government.

the people that live alone or together in a home. A home does not always mean a house. A home can be an apartment, a duplex, or anyplace that people live. Households don't have to be family. A person who lives alone is a household. People sharing rent as roommates are a household.
