Young frogs go through many changes as they grow.

The stages of a Frog
There are 4 main stages of a frog.

1. Egg stage
A frog begins as an egg.

2. Tadpole stage
-Once the egg hatches, a tadpole swins out. A tadpole is a very young frog.
-It had tail, but not legs.
-It breathes and swims in the water.

Tadpole with legs stage
The tadpole grows and changes.
-It begins to grow legs
-The young frog's legs grow stronger and changes to become an adult frog.

Frog stage
An adult frog does not have a tail.
-An adult female frog may lay eggs.
- The life cycle begins again.
