One day a boy was coming back from school ,

His name was Rahul.

He asked his mother, "Mumma what are vegetables ?"

His mother told him," vegetables are the food that have protein, iron and minerals . It make our immunity strong .

Rahul promised his mother to eat vegetables to become healthy and strong.

In the evening his father was eating,

He said is father, papa what are you eating

His father said Rahul I am eating Fruits
