Avoir in the negative

To make a negative sentence, you put the NE before the verb, and the PAS after the verb. For example, Je suis français: I am French.  Je ne suis pas français: I am not French. If the verb starts with a vowel (AEIOU and H), we use N' instead of NE. This is because we don't like vowels touching in French.

Remember the conjugation of the verb avoir (To have) in French. Using the rule we just leant about Ne/Pas and N'/Pas, how would you say, "I don't have?"   Now how about "He doesn't have"?
