Allow children time to talk about why they need to keep/save their personal items.
List out some of the points mentioned on the white board.

children to launch Microsoft Paint application independently.

Allow children to draw simple shapes on Microsoft
Paint using the pencil tool.
Teacher demonstrates how to save file on the system
drive.
Allow children time to practice this on their own.
Encourage them to always save files in a name they
can easily remember.

Launch Microsoft Paint.
Draw simple shapes using the pencil and fill tools.
Save file onto the system drive. EXTENSION:
Ask children to close the application and launch it again.
Retrieve the saved file and edit it.
Save it again using "save".

Launch Microsoft Paint
Draw a shape using the pencil tool. ·
Save file onto the system drive. EXTENSION:
Children close the application.
Relaunch Microsoft Paint independently.
Draw two shapes and save onto your system drive.
