Digital Norms and Etiquette
All of you will be meeting with your teachers and classmates virtually on a weekly basis during the school year.
As a result, it is of primary importance that we discuss and establish (create) some guidelines relating to proper digital etiquette.
As we go through this interactive lesson, think about what you feel has worked (and not worked) during virtual sessions with your teachers.

Open Ended
What do you think are the most important practices (at least two) for remote learners to keep in mind during virtual sessions? In other words, what are the norms or rules you feel would help make Zoom sessions most effective and smooth-running?
I have a total of eight in mind and I'm interested to see how many you can come up with!

Let's Practice Some Effective Etiquette!
Take a minute to grab an item in your house that is meaningful to you.
I will then ask for volunteers to share these items and their meanings with the rest of the class as they display proper etiquette.
Remember, even if you are not participating you can display good etiquette towards your classmates.
Raffle tickets are up for grabs!
