Schedule

• Student arrival 8:15 am

• Class start 8:30 am

• Classes end 1:30 pm

Meals

• Breakfast will be provided (8:15)

• Lunch will be provided (11:00)

Corona -19  Procedure

Upon arrival, students must follow HISD and Fondren Middle School Protocol.  Students must arrive with a mask. Students temperature will be check and a series of questions asked, if students are unable to attend class due to failed screening they may utilize the Virtual format.

If your child is feeling SICK, DO NOT BRING THEM TO SCHOOL.  We have been given the opportunity for in school learning. We can not endanger staff and other students. Please, if your child is feeling SICK, DO NOT BRING THEM TO SCHOOL.

Dress Code

We understand this transition has happen quick, we remind parents and students that Fondren Middle School has a Dress Code.  During the transition period from September 15 -18, 2020 the Dress Code will be relaxed. We will work with each family to assists with any issues involving the Dress Code.  A student's academic progress should not be affected by the Dress Code. Please notifty us of any issues or concerns about the Dress Code.

Transportation

Parents are responsible for bringing students to school and picking them up in the afternoon.  Parents must walk students in for PPE screening.  

Student arrival 8:15 am  

Student departure 1:30 pm.

Laptop

Students must bring there laptops to school everyday and take them home at the end of each day.  All other supplies will be provided, students do not need to bring pencils and paper.

Virtual Learning

Any student who chooses not to attend In Person Learning will continue Virtual Learning from staff.
