Food chain is a path which energy passes from one living thing to another

Understanding trophic level

• Producers:  make their own food by getting energy from the sun, green plants

• Consumers: Primary and Secondary 

• Primary consumers: animals that eat plants like a rabbit

• Secondary consumers: animals that eat plants and also eat meat like a fox ( can still be eaten by a bigger animal)

• Top Carnivore : top of the level no animal can eat it , like a lion
