Professional authors have to revise and work with editors for years to create books. They go through tens if not hundreds of versions of their story before it is ready to publish!

The Art of Revision
Even when we move heaven and earth to write our drafts well, we eventually shift from drafting to revision. Revision means “to see again”.
Revision means you put on a specific type of lens.
