• These range from 2 pounds tea-cup dogs to Great Danes which can be up to 200 pounds!

The Chihuahua

• The smallest breed of dog, with a max weight of 6 pounds

• Their height is between 5-8 inches

• Life expectancy 14-16 years

• Originated in Mexico and said to have been brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus

The Labrador Retriever

• A very common breed of dog

• Height ranges from 22-25 inches

• Expected weight 65-80 pounds

• Life expectancy 10-12 years

• Common colors include: chocolate, black and white!

• By far my favorite breed of dog

• Calm, loving and a very docile breed

• Expected height: 9-10.5 inches

• Expected weight: 9-16 pounds
