• First close your eyes and stand

• Raise your both hands

• Smile and think like you are flying

• Now instantly lie down on your bed

• Leave your body like a feather

• Now,get up and smile

Now answer a question-

What do you feel is it relaxing?

Answer should be only in yes or no.
