Google Docs Toolbar

Let's take a look at Google Docs and all of the icons.

Docs Toolbar Pt. 1

• A - Undo (CTRL + Z)

• B - Redo

• C - Print (CTRL + P)

• D - Spellcheck

• E - Painter (Rarely Used)

Docs Toolbar Pt. 2

• Page Zoom

• 100% is default, you can type in zoom level as well

• Smaller number = smaller text

• Larger number = larger text

• F - Font

• G - Font Size (Change size of text)

• H - Bold (CTRL + B)

• I - Italics (CTRL + I)

• J - Underline (CTRL + U)

• K - Text Color

• L - Highlighter Color

• M - Insert Link/Website Address

• N - Add Comment

• O - Insert Picture/Image

• You can upload a downloaded image, link a URL, use your webcam or use Google Drive to upload images

Docs Toolbar Pt. 5

• Q - Left Justify - This moves text to the left side of the page.

• R - Center Justify - This centers your text.

• S - Right Justify - This moves your text to the right.

• T - Justify - This makes text separate and fill the page evenly. Newspapers use this.

• U - Spacing - In writing class, when you write an essay, you double space.
