Adjective Agreement
Adjectives are words that describe nouns.
In Spanish, adjectives must reflect and match the gender (masculine/feminine) and number (singular/plural) of the noun they describe.
Gender Agreement happens with the last letter of the word ending in -o (masculine) or -a (feminine) matches the gender of the person being described. (ex. Tom es alto. Ellie es alta.)
Some Spanish adjectives don't show gender. (ex. inteligente)

Examples
He is bald. - Él es calvo. (direct - 'bald' describes person)
She has green eyes. - Ella tiene ojos verdes. (indirect- 'green' describes her eyes)
He is redheaded. - Él es pelirrojo. (direct - 'redheaded' describes person) vs. He has red hair. - Él tiene pelo rojo. (indirect - 'red' describes his hair)

Since the person isn't being described directly, you can't use the same phrases as before.
It wouldn't make sense to say 'I am blue eyes' instead you would say 'I have blue eyes'
