Generic Structure of Procedure Text
Goal : It is containt the purpose of the text. (e.g : How to make spagheti)
Material or Ingredient : it is containt of the materials that used in the process. (e.g : the material to cook omelette are egg, onion, vegetable oil, etc)
Step : it is containt of the steps to make something in the goal. (e.g : first, wash the tomatoes, onion, ...., second cut the onions becomes slice. . . )

Language Features of Procedure Text
Using Simple Present Tense, often Imperative Sentence patterns (Command), for example, Cut, Do not mix, and so on.
Using active verbs, such as turn, put, do, mix, etc.
Using connectives (Conjunction) to sort of activities, such as then, while, next, etc.

Using adverbials (Adverbs) to express detail the time, place, manner accurate, for example, for five minutes, 2 hours, etc
Using the temporal conjunction such as first, second, then, next, finally, etc.
