Purpose

Connecting the present with the future can be challenging. It can be difficult for us to identify how our CURRENT behaviors will impact our future. However, we must discuss it.

Process

I mentioned last week that there are certain strategies that we must use for personal success.

• Make goals.

• Understand that some things are outside of our control.

• Work on your own success....don't leave things to chance.

• Identify your own strengths and skills.
