Point of View Review

  • First Person: told from the viewpoint of one of the characters.

  • 2nd person: Rarely used. The narrator speaks directly to the reader.

  • 3rd Person limited: the narrator is an outside observer who focuses on thoughts and feelings of only one character.

  • 3rd Person Objective: The narrator reports the facts of a narrator as seemingly neutral and outside observer.
