Because title is not a sentence, You don't need to put a dot at the end.

Don't capitalize the following words in titles:

• a, an, the

• at, for, in, on, to, with

• and, but, or

But if one of those words is first in a title, capitalize it.

• a, an, the - The Big Blue Car

• at, for, in, on, to, with - A Day at the Park with Grandma

• and, but, or - To the Moon and Back
