Sentences

A sentence is a group of words that tells a complete thought or idea. A sentence begins with a capital letter and ends with a punctuation mark.

Examples of Sentences:

2. Do you know where I live?
3. There are fifteen students in our class.

Fragments:

A fragment is an incomplete thought or idea.

Examples of Fragments:

1. The tree green and brown.
2. Our is bright and smart.
3. Jump the bucket and water.
