Cause is reason for an action or condition

Effect is result of something, consequence of an action

REMEMBER!

Could and would can be used in sentences that show cause and effect. These helping verbs are used before the verb that tells the effect.

Pay attention with sentences using tenses present and past.

will - would

Connect causes and effects using so that/would/could
