Past Tense forms

• We add (ed) to the verb = listen- listened

• We only add (d) if the verb ends in (e)= bake - baked

• We cross the (Y) and put (ied) if we have a consonant before the (Y) = study - studied

• We double the last letter if we have a (vowel) before the last letter and it is a short verb.= drop-dropped

Present Simple forms

• With the pronouns (I- we - you - they ), we leave the verb as it is.

• With the pronouns ( he - she - it ) we add (s)

• If the verb ends in ( ch- sh- s- ss-x-z-o)we add (es)

Future Simple Forms

• We add (will ) before the Verb
