Format

Address (Recipient)

• Email address of recipient (Alamat emel penerima)

• Must all be small letter, followed by @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or @hotmail.com

• Number or symbol can be included (Nombor dan simbol boleh dimasukkan)

• E.g: [e-mail] ,[e-mail], syaz_wi143@hotmail,com

2.Address (Sender)

• Email address of sender (Alamat emel pengirim)

• Format is the same like number 1, address of recipient (Format emel seperti nombor 1, alamat penerima)

3.Title of email

• The title or the aim of writing the email.

• For example if you want to invite your friend to a birthday party, the title can be "Birthday Party"

4.Salutation

• Dear _____ (name of recipient/nama penerima surat)

• Eg. : Dear Audrey

5.Greeting (alu-aluan/salam)

• Eg. : Hi, how are you?

• Eg. : Assalamualaikum, how are you?

Content 1 and Content 2

• Content will follow the instruction of the question.

• (Isi kandungan ditulis mengikut arahan/kehendak soalan)

8.Conclusion (Penutup)

• To end the email (menamatkan emel).

• Usually end with 'Goodbye', 'take care' or 'see you soon'.

9.Signature (tandatangan)

• MUST write down your name ONLY (MESTI tulis nama SAHAJA)

• Can be short name or long name.

• For example, if your name is Nur Ayu Fitriah, you can write 'Nur Ayu' or 'Ayu Fitriah.'
