MEASUREMENT OF TIME

Time can be measured both in terms of the absolute moment when a particular event occurs, or in terms of a time interval, i.e. the duration of a continued event. There are two main methods used in the everyday measurement of time, depending on the accuracy required or the interval covered. In olden times there was no clock and people used a sundial to measure time and it also had some disadvantages. As the sundial needed a source of light to work but the sundial did not work on night and on rainy days. And it is measured within hours, minutes and seconds. There are two types of clocks in this modern world they are 12 [anologue] and 24 [digital] hour clocks.
