  • You work in department store. Your three best friends are shopping in the store and you notice one of them slip a t-shirt under her jacket. You ask her to put it back. She refuses, starts calling you names and storms out of the store. Your boss sees this on the security camera, confronts you and decides to terminate you. He says that you did not follow the store policy and procedures in handling the matter. You and your boss have a disagreement as he blames you. How would you resolve it?

  • Nisha went out with her best friend, Neha; Nisha shares personal details about her failed marriage. Their waitress, Shelly, hears some details of confidential information and shares the information with the other waitresses. Shelly, the group of other waitresses includes Nisha’s daughter. Nisha’s daughter confronts Shelly about this. Shelly said that she mentioned it to the other waitresses as friends to which Nisha’s daughter disagreed. How would you resolve it?
