what does it mean?

You can use "have got" instead of "have" for posession in the present.

Examples:

• I've got a bike.= I have a bike.

• Have you got a car?= Do you have a car?

We also use have got to talk about family, and illnesses , and to describe people.

• I've got two sisters.

• He's got a cold.

• She's got brown hair.
