Welcome Elder citizens to your class of meditation of fun and Happiness

For ages 60 and up not to be taken by 60 years younger

What you are to learn today

• To relax your mind

• To have fun

Now we are to have some relaxation time

little bit of some meditation with your interactive session with your body, soul and Mind

Relaxation Time

• Sit in a quiet place with no disturbance

• You can sit on a yoga mat or Bare floor

• Close your eyes

• Inhale and exhale

• Dream about your Childhood

• Try to remember the happiest moment in your childhood

• Do that for five minutes and open your eyes

Now we are to have some fun

do this at your home

We are going to make snake puppets

Method are in the next 2 slides

Things needed

• An old or useless sock

• Paper

• Scissors

• Pencils or pens or any other drawing item

• Glue

Method

• Take a useless or old sock

• Cut out two small circles

• Cut a pointy tongue as well

• Draw eyes on the circles you have cut

• Color the tongue you have cut

• Stick them on to the sock with glue

• and there you have a snake puppet
