Product (noun)
A product is an item that a seller would like to sell. Usually, a product is something that someone (a company, you, anyone) can make.
"Apple is releasing a new product. I think it's called the iPhone 12 pro."

Advertise (verb)
To make something known in public, especially in order to sell it
Sellers usually advertise their product on TV, newspaper, YouTube, etc.
"Look! McDonald is advertising their new product on TV now."
advertisement (noun.)
"The poster is an advertisement of McDonald's new products."

Customer (noun)
A person/ people who buy a product or a service.
"We are opening a new restaurant. Customers are welcome!"

Price (noun)
Price is how much money you pay for a product or a service.
"The price of my new shirt was $250. It's too expensive!"
Cost VS Price!!
"The cost of the T-shirt is just $10, but the store sells it at a price of $100."
cost: How much money a product needs to be made.
price: How much a customer really pays.

Handmade (adjective)
A product that is made by someone's hands without machines.
Usually, products that have beautiful and unique designs cannot be made by machines. So, they are made by creative and talented people!
"My grandma gave me this handmade scarf as my birthday present!"

Refund (noun)
When customers are not happy with a product or service, they can ask for their money back. This is called a refund.
"Hey! There is a hole on your clothes! I want a refund now!
Refund can also be used as a verb: "This laptop really sucks. Please refund me my money."

Delivery (noun)
A delivery is when the products you buy is sent to your home or anywhere you want. You do not have to take the product with you when you shop!
"The delivery for your sofa will arrive in 3 days."
deliver (verb)
"This sofa is too heavy. Please deliver it to my home."

Material (noun)
What the product is made of/from is called material. (metal? plastic? wood? cotton? etc.)
"This shirt's material is cotton. Super soft!"

Discount (noun)
a reduction in the usual/original price
For example, the shirt was $20, and the new price is $15. Then the discount is $5.
"Is there any discount for the smartphone? It's too expensive!"

Payment (noun)
It is the activity you must do to buy a product/service. We usually make a payment with money!
"Hi, Sir! You need to make a payment before you can use it!"
The verb form is "pay".
"Please pay for the dinner for us, Dad."

Promotion (noun)
activities to advertise something
e.g. SALE! BUY ONE GET ONE FREE
"Our restaurant has a new promotion. If you follow our Facebook page, you can get a a discount for the meal."

Brand (noun)
Brand is the name, symbol of a product/company. It can help you remember/recognize a product or a company!
Examples of brands: Coca Cola, Nike, Adidas, Apple, IKEA, ...
"This pair of shoes feel comfortable. What brand is this?"
