The Power of Breath

• You’re lucky to be breathing! Your breathing from your nose is keeping you alive! The power of one breath is something that your body loves!

• What you’re breathing in is also important. When you go into your house, or outside you are breathing clean air. Outside is also very fresh. But if you are in a room with poisonous gas, you are breathing in poisonous or polluted air which would do you harm.

Breath Out

Did you ever notice that you take air in through your nose, let it out, and repeat? Now just for a little while, try breathing in some air and hold it in for 20 seconds. You need to breath out to get a proper dose of air. When you keep that little air in, you’re blocking the path where other air goes through. Your body can’t survive if you take some tiny air in and leave it there forever without renewing it.
