Y-Y1=m(x-x1)

• (9,1) , (2,5)

• The 9 is x the 1 is x1

• The 2 is y the 5 is y1

• Next silde will you give you more understanding

(9,1) , (2,5) Y-Y1=m(x-x1)

• Plug it in

• Y-5=9(x-1) you just distribute

• 9 times x = 9x

• 9 times 1 = 9x

• Y-5=9x-9 add 5 to both sides

• +5 and +5 mark the both 5's

• 9+5=14 the you divide .
