You need to make sense when you speak, and write or else nobody will understand what you wanted/want to say this is a sentence that make sense: the cat slept and ate. this is a bad sentence : the cat sleep eat. We call the bad sentence fragment and good sentence proper sentence but you will learn this later for now all you need to know
