Present perfect

• We use the present perfect to talk about experiences

• My parents have been to Argentina many times

• We use the present perfect to talk about something which started in the past and continues now

• We have lived in this house for 5 years.

• We use the present perfect to talk about something which happened in the past but we don't say when.

• I have seen that movie before.

Present perfect

• We form the present perfect with the verb HAVE/HAS + PAST PARTICIPLE

• If it's a negative sentence, we use HAVEN'T / HASN'T + PAST PARTICIPLE

• If it's a question we flip the order of the sentences using HAVE YOU / HAS SHE-HE + PAST PARTICIPLE
