1- When we talk about scheduled events, we can use the present tense.

*Example: The plane leaves in ten minutes.

2- We can use the present continuous to talk about plans or fixed arrangements.

*Example: We´re having a staff meeting next Monday.

3-We use will for:

-Spontaneous decisions made at the moment of speaking.

*Example: Come on, I will help you sort the files.

-Promises.

*Example: I will do it tomorrow.

4-We use going to for plans and intentions made before the moment of speaking.

*Example: I´m going to do some shopping.

5-We use shall when we make an offer.

*Example: Shall we dance?
