Abstraction

Contraction

It refers to the forward curving of the spine, starting from the pelvic zone.

Lunge

consist of a bodily activity for two, in which one person moves and the other follows as if he/she was a mirror.

Pirouette

It refers to a full turn on one leg, having the other leg bent, till the point where the foot reaches the knee.
