-Goals should challenge you to do your best, but they should also be achievable.

-Why do you want to reach this goal?

Goals should have a TIME FRAME

-When will you complete your goal? Deadlines help you to work harder to get a task completed.

-If you have a clear picture in your head of where you want to go and how you want to get there, you will get there much faster!
