In 2006 a five year old boy called 911 and told them that his mom had passed out. The operator scolded the boy and logged the call as a child's prank. Three hours later the boy called 911 again and another operator answered. She also scolded the boy but sent officers to the home. The officer found the boys mother lying unresponsive on the flood. EMS arrived 20 minutes later and determining that the woman was dead and probably died within the past two hours.
