This app was originally designed as a quiz app. It helped students review for tests. Teachers can insert their own questions or teleport questions into the review games.

The games can be played individually, as a team, or independently.

This app also integrates with Google Classroom

Recently, however

Quizizz added a way to incorporate lesson and content slides into your quizzes.

(Kahoot! also added this feature recently.)

You can:

Create slides inside of the app itself.

or

You can import already created slides. (Just save your powerpoint as a PDF.)

You can:

Ask different types of questions or take a poll. The app keeps a running total and leader board for everyone to see.

Students can login under pseudonyms as well.
