WHY WE NEED EMAILS? (USES)

• Emails make it possible for us to communicate with people very far away from us

• Emails are faster and more reliable, than posting letters

• It allows us to attach other documents apart from the main message

• Emails last forever. i.e we can go back at anytime to check them
