Before we get started...
I acknowledge how crazy this year has been!
New teachers, new type of learning
Goal is to maintain changes that are gradual
Learning is important, and so is your mental health
Mistakes happen!

Let's come up with agreements!
Teachers and students both have jobs
Choices we make are important!
We need to agree on what it takes to be successful in this virtual learning environment!

Camera Expectations
Cameras need to be on during attendance
Cameras need to be on when there is student participation (discussion, raising hands, thumbs up thumbs down, and etc.)
If there is a situation where you need to turn your camera off or need to go somewhere real quick, please let me know!

Other Expectations
Stay muted unless called on
Show that you are listening verbally/nonverbally
Only use chat for learning (unless told otherwise)
Be respectful towards one another
Learning materials are always accessible
