• on - days of the week (Monday, also Monday morning), on weekdays, dates (on 1st of January)

• at - at the weekend, at 9 o'clock, at midnight, at midday, at lunchtime, at bedtime

Remember that after verbs: like, love, hate, don't like, don't mind, we need to use a verb with -ing
