Should

You use should when you are saying what would be the right thing to do or the right state for something to be in.

Examples:

1) You should exercise regularly to be fit.

2) We should control the intake of sugar in our body.

Shouldn't

Just as the word 'should', we can use shouldn't to give advice about something that is not right to be done or something we think is wrong.

Examples:
