Verb Patterns:
object + infinitive
Se usarmos dois verbos juntos em uma frase, o segundo verbo assume a forma infinitive com o "to".
Ex: "I want to do many things today"
(verb 1: want; verb 2: to do)

object + infinitive
Em algumas sentenças é comum existir também a presença de um object (object pronoun). Na imagem ao lado é possível ver quem são esses pronomes objetos.
Ex 1: "The girl want him to answer the question".
(verb 1: want; object pronoun: him; verb 2: to answer)

object + infinitive
Não são todos os verbos da língua inglesa que seguem esse padrão de verb + object + infinitive.
Na imagem ao lado você tem a lista de verbos que seguem essa regra.

1. "Please, remind her to watch the show." (Por favor, lembre-a de assistir ao show)
(verb 1: remind; object: her; verb 2: to watch)
2. "Ok, I allow you to drive to the party." (Ok, eu permito que você dirija até a festa)
(verb 1: allow; object: you; verb 2: to drive)
3. "They always warn me to drive slowly ." (Eles sempre me alertam para dirigir devagar)
