Allah gave human beings a special power to STOP telling lies.
All of us have this power and it can come out with some conscious effort.

Upholding the truth should be our main goal in life no matter how difficult it is. Truth will always exist, you don't have to create it, but you do have to create a lie. Falsehood is afraid of the truth because the truth always shatters it. The more you examine the truth the stronger it becomes.

In our day to day life we will be required to give evidence on a certain matter. This evidence is not necessarily in the court of law. The evidence could be in front of friends or people that we know. Islam teaches us to give truth evidence even if the issue is of little consequence. Even if its against our own selves.

Great truths can go through a cycle or stages
First people laugh at the truth, then they try to oppose the truth and resist it then they accept it.
We learn this from the way Rasulullah peace be upon him came with Islam.

People would not have followed the messengers if they were not truthful.

Always Be Honest
Ask yourself, Are we truthful in our actions? Are We honest in our words and intetnions? We cannot become truthful in one day but we mist try our best to speak the truth even if it causes trouble for us. Because if we are truthful then Allah will help us and take all of our troubles away.

The prophets never mixed truth with falsehood. They always stood by the truth and the whole truth no matter how difficult it made their lives.
Being Honest and truthful doesnt just mean with words but also with our actions. If someone wants us to keep a secret we should keep it. If someone lends us something then we should return it when they want it back. If we make a promise then we try our best to fulfil that promise.
