Conservation means to save/protect
The Law of Conservation states that matter is neither created nor destroyed. Instead, it just changes form.
What does that mean though?

Let’s first review the different kinds of changes that matter can go through:
It can change state but stay the same substance. Example?
It can dissolve, which means one substance seems to disappear. Example?
A new substance can form. Example?

What happens to the particles of matter during state changes? Do the particles disappear?
