When you are having troubles in your house or you just need to let all of the Anger that is bilt up inside of you and you need to exprees it somehow. Well that is why you are in this class this class is here to help you get out some of you anger that you have and never forget you were put in this class for a reason. So today we are going to learn more about class and something called journalism.

Journal

This is a journal where most people keep some or there thoughts that they have about someone or something. You can use a journal in the picture or just a plain notebook.

Things to write in a journal

• Some feelings you have

• How your day has been

• Goals

• Daily activites

• write 3 things your great-full for

• Problems/stresses

• “What's the best thing that happened today?” every night before bed.
